A space to shamelessly explore desires, unpack complicated emotions, and find laughter along the way to self-discovery.
Your host, Madison MonRoe Curtis dives transparently into life’s truths with purpose, discussing mental health, personal empowerment, and the beautifully messy complexities of being human.
Each episode offers heartfelt discussions, relatable stories, and at times guest insights to deepen the conversation. Together, we’ll challenge stigmas, celebrate self-love, and remind ourselves that life is too short not to live authentically.
Tune in and join a community where your voice matters and every moan of self-discovery is celebrated!

This is the final episode of 2025 & the closing chapter of my first full year hosting the one and only Make Yourself Moan Podcast!
In this reflective, unfiltered conversation, I talk about what this year actually asked of me: grief, faith, discipline, ambition, loss, love, and the courage to keep dreaming anyway. I share how losing people and fur babies changed the way I love, how therapy and sobriety-curiosity are reshaping my habits, and why becoming healthier, kinder, and more consistent mattered more than chasing perfection.
This episode isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a look at real growth, the kind that happens slowly, quietly, and with a lot of showing up for yourself. It’s about learning how to live fully while knowing loss is inevitable, how to love without shame, and how to choose responsibility without losing joy.
If you’re standing at the edge of a new year, questioning your direction, or craving a life that feels more intentional and honest, this conversation is for you.
Thank you for being here for my first year. This one is for anyone still choosing love, hope, and effort... especially when it’s hard.
